Donors 'dismayed' at idea they want to keep Syrians in Lebanon

BEIRUT (Reuters) – The international community is “dismayed by repeated false accusations” that it is working to settle Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Germany’s ambassador in Beirut, Martin Huth, said on Thursday.
