More rain to strike already drenched and devastated eastern Kentucky as region remains in search and rescue mode after fatal flooding

Days after deadly flooding in eastern Kentucky claimed the lives of at least 25 people, more rain on Sunday will threaten some of the hardest-hit areas as rescuers are still looking for missing residents and thousands struggle to recover without cell service and power.
